There is no reservation fee with us, so you can reserve your storage unit without any upfront costs. We understand that moving house or renovating doesn’t always go as planned, so we’re happy to reserve a unit for you based on an approximate date. You can simply confirm the details closer to your move-in time - giving you flexibility and peace of mind.

During opening hours, you’re welcome to visit your storage unit anytime - no appointments needed and no extra charges. Access your belongings whenever it suits you! If you need to get in outside of opening hours, just get in touch with us. We’re happy to arrange convenient access for you at no additional cost.

To ensure the security of all customers, we require you to bring two forms of valid identification when you move in. This helps us verify your identity quickly and smoothly, so your storage experience can start without delay. Acceptable forms of ID include passport, drivers license, or a recent utility bill with your name and address.

We take payment by direct debit only with all payments made one month in advance. This keeps things simple, secure and ensures your storage unit is always reserved for you without interruption.

If you wish to end your storage agreement, we kindly ask a minimum of 7 days notice before your planned move-out date. This helps us manage availability for other customers and ensures a smooth and efficient handover of your unit. Just let us know by phone or email, and we’ll take care of the rest.
